Seafood Tempura


1/2 lb cooked shrimps
1/4 lb shredded imitation crab
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 packs of tempura mix (may add 1 extra if needed)
1 - 2 cups of water


Directions:
Mix all ingredients except your tempura mix. Set aside. In a mixing bowl put first 1/2 cup of water with tempura mix, use whisk to mix and pour little amount of water at a time while mixing on a desired texture. Add ingredients and mix with the tempura texture.

*** You will need at least 3 cups of cooking oil.

On a large frying pan put 1 cup of cooking oil and let it warm on a medium flame. When it is warm pour 2 tbsp of your seafood tempura mix at a time, (may put in 4 to 5 portion) depends on the size of a pan you are using. Turn each side until it become brown or depends on how you want it done. When done cooking serve it with sweet and sour sauce or any desire of condiments.

*** Serves 15 to 20 people.

Seafood Fried Rice Recipe



Ingredients:

3 bowls of cooked steam rice
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup shrimp (peeled)
1/4 cup imitation crab meat (shredded)
1 tablespoon of cooking oil
3 stacks of green onions (chopped)
rice seasoning
non-stick cooking oil

Directions:

Heat up wok in medium flame. Add cooking oil. Let it warm then add shrimp. Simmer for 5 minutes then add imitation crab. Add black pepper, garlic powder and salt. Stir for another 5 minutes, then add rice. Mix all together and spray with non-stick cooking oil. Sprinkle with rice seasoning, mix thoroughly. Add more seasoning as suit to taste. Remove from flame, add chopped green onions on top and serve hot. Good for 4 servings. Enjoy!
