1/4 lb shredded imitation crab
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 packs of tempura mix (may add 1 extra if needed)
1 - 2 cups of water

Directions:
Mix all ingredients except your tempura mix. Set aside. In a mixing bowl put first 1/2 cup of water with tempura mix, use whisk to mix and pour little amount of water at a time while mixing on a desired texture. Add ingredients and mix with the tempura texture.

*** You will need at least 3 cups of cooking oil.

On a large frying pan put 1 cup of cooking oil and let it warm on a medium flame. When it is warm pour 2 tbsp of your seafood tempura mix at a time, (may put in 4 to 5 portion) depends on the size of a pan you are using. Turn each side until it become brown or depends on how you want it done. When done cooking serve it with sweet and sour sauce or any desire of condiments.
